If you need to return or exchange an item, read and follow the instructions below in order to make the process as smooth as possible.

- After processing your request, we will send you the RMA number to accompany the returning item(s).
- Once receiving confirmation, please ship the item(s) immediately to the address provided below.
- Upon receipt of your return and inspection, if your repair is under warranty, we will begin your repairs right away. If it is out of warranty or not covered, we will send you a quote for the repairs.
